Put a kicker in your liquor, a hop in your pop, some glee in your tea?...with your favorite herbs, spices, and botanicals. Here’s a quick and easy recipe to get the creative juices flowing:
Grapefruit & Rosemary Bitters
- 1 cup grain alcohol
- peels from one organic grapefruit
- 2 sprigs organic rosemary
- simple syrup, optional
- Wash and peel grapefruit.
- Coarsely chop the peels.
- Combine all ingredients and pour into a mason jar.
- Cover and set in a cool, dark place.
- Store for 3-4 weeks, shaking jar daily and tasting along the way for desired potency. Remember that bitters are added to cocktails in small doses; the flavor should be intense.
- Once the flavors have infused, line a sieve with a coffee filter or cheesecloth and strain into a jar.
- Using a funnel, pour the liquid into your P&R Signature Bottle.
- Display your bottle of bitters on a bar cart, and enjoy in a homemade cocktail.
They may be called bitters, but you’ll be anything but!

- 1 clove garlic, finely minced
- salt + black pepper to taste
Directions:
- Combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, shallot, garlic, salt, and black pepper in a glass jar.
- Place lid on the jar and shake vigorously until ingredients are thoroughly combined.
- Use a funnel to transfer dressing into P&R Signature Bottle. Display and enjoy!
Our seltzer top performs best with low-viscosity liquids, such as water, body splash, diluted soap, etc. For high-viscosity liquids, use a standard pour spout (as pictured).
There were so many wildflowers to pick on the farm that we quickly ran out of vases, but old bottles and mason jars always did the trick. Today, our P&R Signature Bottle, with its gorgeous curves and vintage-inspired design, does more than “the trick”. Whether your path is full of daffodils or dandelions, every wildflower deserves a little P&R.
...and, of course, simply as gorgeous decor.
