Penny & Rose Saved Labels

A practical guide to using saved label references responsibly.

Purpose and authorized use

Saved Labels is an internal Penny & Rose tool for retrieving and managing label references associated with the business's Shopify orders. Use is limited to the business owner and people the business authorizes. It is not a public label-design or file-storage service.

These terms apply to this internal tool. They do not change a customer's purchase, refund, shipping or other store policies.

Account and file responsibilities

Use only authorized Shopify and Google accounts. Connect only a folder the business is entitled to use, keep reference files private, and do not share access credentials. Do not use the app to access unrelated files or another person's orders.

Review before production

Check that the order number, label design and accompanying production information match the intended order before printing or fulfillment. A generated reference is not approval of a final proof and does not replace the business's production review.

Some Build Your Own references use illustrative placeholders. Use the accompanying scent and ratio information when preparing the final artwork. If a saved reference is missing, changed or cannot be verified, stop and review it rather than substituting current product artwork or guessing.

Availability and recovery

Reference generation depends on Shopify, Google Drive, the hosted app, the business's Windows computer, network access and valid authorization. Delays or interruptions can occur. A pending or blocked job is not a completed reference.

The independent Penny & Rose saved-label retrieval procedure remains a backup. Use it or request operator assistance when the app cannot provide a verified reference.

Ending access and updates

The business owner can stop use, revoke the Google connection or remove authorized access. Disconnecting does not itself delete existing files; see the privacy notice for retention and deletion.
